25 years ago I followed my dreams to leave Ireland and pursue my passion for travel and scuba diving.
My adventures took me to live in Turkey, Australia, the UK, France, Switzerland and Antigua. I joined and left the military. I worked as a scuba dive instructor on the Great Barrier Reef and through the South Pacific islands. I worked on superyachts as First Mate and then as Chief Stewardess for many years, both in Australia and eventually the Mediterranean.
I left the ocean and learnt to snowboard and owned a restaurant in the Swiss Alps. I got married in a vineyard in New Zealand to a chef and the love of my life and had 2 beautiful babies.
We managed private chalets in the Swiss Alps and villas in the Caribbean for wealthy clients.
Now our family of 4 have followed our dreams back to Ireland to find our family home.
This website is all about discovering (and making) a naturally beautiful and creative home in Ireland, and combining the essence of travel into unique homewares and hampers that bring joy.
