How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I offer Irish shipping for free. Orders with a value of over 100 euros will be sent by a delivery service and you will receive a tracking number by email. If you would like shipping outside Ireland please contact me directly for a postage price.

Delivery times are variable, but you should expect to receive your order:

Ireland, within 2 - 10 days

UK, 3 - 12 days

Europe, 4 - 14 days.

If you do have a special date in mind, let me know so that I can do my best to get it to you in time. Please be advised that we are not liable for customs duty that may arise.

How are the items presented?

I wrap each item for delivery with love and hope that you will be delighted with the presentation.

Returns & Refunds

I operate a 14 day return policy, so I will accept returns within 20 days of receipt of the order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. I recommend returning the item by recorded delivery as I cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. Your refund will be processed according to your original payment method (credit card).
