I read every message that comes in. Some of the best changes to this site have come from readers: an offer that had quietly changed, a casino that had slowed its payouts, a question I hadn’t thought to answer.
How to reach me
Email is the best way: [email protected]
I reply to most messages within two working days. If your message is about an urgent problem with a casino, such as a withdrawal that’s been held for a long time, put “Withdrawal” in the subject line and I’ll look at it first.
What I can help with
- Corrections. An offer, payout time or detail on this site that’s no longer right.
- Your experience. A casino that treated you well, or badly. Real player experiences help me decide what to re-test.
- Casino suggestions. A casino you’d like me to test for Irish players.
- Questions. Anything about bonuses, payments or how a casino works that the site doesn’t answer clearly.
What I can’t help with
I don’t work for any casino, so I can’t access your account, reverse a transaction or change a casino’s decision. For problems with your account, contact the casino’s own support first, and ask for its formal complaints procedure in writing if that doesn’t work. If it still isn’t resolved, you can escalate to the casino’s licensing regulator or the dispute service named in its terms.
Advertising and partnerships
Casinos and affiliate programmes can use the same email address. Please note that listings and scores can’t be bought, and any commercial relationship has no bearing on how a casino is rated.
If you need support with gambling
If you’re writing because gambling has stopped being fun, free and confidential help is available in Ireland from gamblingcare.ie, Problem Gambling Ireland and Gamblers Anonymous Ireland. You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out.
